Luxury Developments Launching in 2025

Projects opening sales include a Nobu-branded community in Barbuda and multimillion-dollar Clearwater Beach condos.

Nobu Beach Inn, Barbuda Island

Conceived by actor Robert De Niro, hotelier Daniel Shamoon and billionaire investor James Packer, Nobu Beach Inn is a hotel and residential development on 400 acres in Barbuda’s southwest coast, which is where Princess Diana escaped to for privacy from paparazzi. The development includes a 36-bedroom hotel,17 bungalow cottages, several world-class restaurants, including Nobu, and 25 beachfront hotel villa lots.

The villas, whose prices are expected to start at $12 million, will be styled as personalized resorts that are customized for each buyer and are designed to blend seamlessly with the Caribbean landscape. Custom lots will be released at a later phase of the project.

In keeping with the Caribbean island’s tradition of respecting nature, the development will be sustainable and feature renewable energy and include community enhancements.

Sales are slated to launch late in 2025.
